on my samsung galaxy tab 4 pro every time i want to watch a movie trailer in google store my tablet keeps on shutting down and then restarting then that the touchwiz home is not responding.i have tryed everything can you help me please...thankyou

More than likely it's another app that is conflicting with it. Even Google Drive has caused problems on these tablets.
You can try uninstalling the latest apps you installed or just factory flash the entire tablet.
In rare cases it could be faulty hardware or faulty firmware/operating system.
