Why it can't be open?
When i tried to open it, it suddenly off and can't open again. Just wanna ask on how to fix it?

May I know, are you able to see logo on your computer or it is totally black screen ?
If it is totally black screen, then it might be problem with power supply, RAM. so you need to check all that .
If you are getting logo only then your windows files got corrupted. so in this situation, you need to repair your windows with the good antivirus.
