I cannot view my TV through my computer.
I have the adapter for the mini VGA to VGA.
So I am using that (VGA) to RGB I can not get it to my TV what can I do?

The reason why you cannot do that is because your iBook mini VGA port is an OUTput not an INput. That means you can only send video through that port.

To watch TV on your iBook G4 you need to use USB video acquisition equipment like the Elgato EyeTv system. I use the EyeTV 250 Plus system and I can recommend it.
