3 bad replacement screens.

Hello! I purchased a screen on ebay with digitizer. When installed the display was faulty, displaying very bright blacks, washed colors and different colored lines across the whole screen. The seller sent me a free replacement which had the same issue. I requested a refund.

I bought another one from another seller and even worse, the screen is unusable. I contacted the seller and he indicated that it was due to static on the installation. Can this be true? All screens from both sellers were sent without ESD packaging. Taken straight from package and installed properly. This is not the first time I do this.
