R&R parts won't start

I replaced both speaker units and the magsafe unit and on starting all i get is the chime and a grey screen... any help would be awesome

Its a MBP 2.2late 2011

So all i get is a chime and a grey screen with no apple and the opt.comm. r, p does nothing is it the hard drive
