Factory Reset, Not Working!

I have looked up anything that would hopefully work, I have tried Holding the Power button with the Volume Up button, did not work, and the Power, Volume Up & Home Button, does not work. I tried till the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 logo appeared twice and the Samsung logo appeared, nothing seems to be working, my device also says Safe Mode on the bottom left corner when on.
