audio input output problem

I have lumia 920 phone whose audio input output has stopped working. It started when i used earplug. In start it was on headphone mode though i removed the headphone, i tried factory reset but problem still persisted. I then removed my audio jack from the phone and my phone's audio problem was solved for few days. Again the same problem came and my all audio input output stopped working along with error code c00d4e84 while playing any music files,also on connecting via bluetooth device same error code is found,no video recording can be done, also while making a call neither i can hear voice nor the receiver can hear anything.Please provide solution as i have searched all over the Internet but have not found any solutions, also if i have to change parts then what are those parts which i change can solve my problem? Also, where i can get them.
