2 Why is my camera lens not opening/closing correctly?
When I power on my camera, the screen flashes a "lens error" message and the device will not operate properly. How can I fix my lens? There is a small gap between the two parts of the lens.

It is possible that something as small as a grain of sand is stopping the lens from closing properly. Gently wiping the lens in a circular motion with a lens cleaning cloth may resolve this problem. If the problem is not resolved please try the steps in the Camera Lens Error guide.
