My iPod won't sync to my computer
Some of the spokes broke off my iPod. Is that the hardware that needs to be replace or do I need to buy a new iPod in full?

Rendell this is a very old question and the answer is for completion sake only.
“Some of the spokes broke off my iPod” sound slike the OP was referring to pins inside the dock connector. This repair will require microsoldering for all iPods. Depending on the make and model of this particular one, the connector could most likely still be found. The repair will require desoldering the old connector and resoldering a new one. The repairs are all pretty similar to this video
