Will a HDD swap, void my waranty?
Just changed to a 500gb hdd.
Should i put back the old drive to be avoid problems with service? thx

On this model, yes it does. It's not considered a user swappable part. On the Unibody Macs, you can since they consider it user accessible.
Technically you could swap drives out if it needs to be repaired to avoid this, though.
