Backlight after Digitizer replacement lost

hello,

I´m a geman guy so please help me with the simplest english that I can unterstand you. A few moments ago I changend the digitizer on my Ipad Air with LTE. After putting the new one on the LCD was really dim but still working. How can I repair this? Or need I to buy a new LCD screen..? thanks for help

I am also looking for a "jumper solution" or similar for the same symptoms. Backlight is blown and have not been able to find schematic or wiring diagram thus far. Any help would be hugely appreciated:)
