Why isn't my app store working?

hi there so sorry to take your time i was wondering why my app store isn't working every time i open my phone a notification pops up saint google play has stopped confirm or report.

Google "play store apk". Download and install it in case to update your. The latest version is 4.9.13

If the Play Store won't let you install apps, you could try going to settings and deleting the cache at the Applications Manager. If it still doesn't work, you could follow ZFix's way of reinstalling the Play Store.

Try going to Settings > Application Manager > Google Play Store and uninstall the updates so that it can go back to factory. I've had success with this when a 10-year old and his mother brought his Tab 2 in the store.
