Solution against broken glass

Hello ,

I had a broken glass for a Samsung galaxy nexus i9250 ( same architecture as Nexus 5)

I tried to remove only the front glass but I failed as it's really hard to do it . But I decided to change the whole part with cost around 86$ for a new screen and it wasn't really hard to proceed

Do you have an experience in changing the screen of smarphone ? If no I would love to give you tips and guides
