Where can I buy a digitizer, LCD display and a new battery?

So, I dropped my phone, glass is shattered and the touchscreen doesn't work except for the upper centimeter or so. I did some research and read that seperating the LCD (which is fine) and the digitizer is very difficult, so I'd like to replace them both. Besides the screen, the battery is quite ruined so I thought if I have to open the phone up anyway, I'd better fix the battery too.

Since I'm a total douche on the internet, and fixing my phone by myself is already a huge step for me, I was wondering if anyone knows a reliable site (prefferably with a link) on which I can buy these parts and an assembly kit for the screen. It has to be shipped to the Netherlands.
