broken disc tray. replacement whole disc tray
my xbox 360 disc tray is 100% broken parts missing i need a whole new one i wanna know if i buy a new one of ebay or what ever if you'll show me how to fix it plz and thank you

You can't replace the drive as a whole, because it's circuit board is keyed to the console's motherboard. However, if your console isn't under warranty, you can open it, find the make and model model of the drive (Microsoft uses several different brands of drives in their consoles depending on when/where they were made) and order an identical drive on eBay or another site. Then, you can use parts from the working drive to repair your drive or you can swap the drive control boards and just plug and play (This tends to be more difficult). If you tell me the model of the drive once you open the console, I can assist you further with the drive repair.

its a dg-16d2s philips & lite-on, this is what i found on ebay
Okay, the board swapping procedure for that drive isn't too bad. There are a few ribbon cables that need to be removed and some wires that will need to be de-soldered and then re-soldered. This video documents the process pretty well also. If you feel comfortable doing that, go ahead and order the replacement. Since you have already opened the console and looked at the drive model, I'll assume you can figure out how to remove it. I believe that the drive comes apart by removing 4 small phillips screws on the bottom of it. Let me know if you have any more questions, good luck!
