How do I fix a loose Lightning connector?

My Ipod Nano's Lighting connector won't register when I plug it into my computer or wall charger. It dose respond however, if I push the Lighting part to the left of the plugin. What's the problem and how do I fix it?

iPod Nano 第7代拆解

and you will find it's not an easy task to fix the lighting connector. I think the lighting connector is soldered in the logic board, so if you want to repair or replace, you'd better send to repair center unless you own the professional equipment.
