My ribbon cable is broken (torn) on my Samsung Intensity II. I know this because when I slide the phone open there is a sheared ribbon cable sticking out. Do you have step by step instructions on how to replace this cable?

Nick, unless you take it apart, you will not know for sure which ribbon cable it is. Use this teardown to get to your logic board. Let us know what you found. Hope this helps, good luck.

Thanks. I used your teardown slides and the following youtube video (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=75jreo87O...) to successfully take apart and replace the "L" shaped ribbon cable. The only tricky part in my opinion was folding the new ribbon over the keyboard skeleton. Again, thanks for your help! Nick
Do you know what this cable is called? I need to replace the equivalent on an intensity 3 but I dont know where to look for one
