It dropped it and it cracked. I tried to turn it on, but the screen was black with multi-colored lines. I can also her it vibrate when messages come in. Please HELP !
You cracked the lcd, your going to need a new digitizer/lcd. It's a easy repair and you can pick up the part on ebay for like $160 usd so its pretty cheap repair compared to the price of a new 5s.
