Transfer Outlook for mac data to Entourage 2008 for mac

I am in need of a solution to transfer outlook 2011 data over to entourage 2008. I am concerned about the emails, contact details and the address book too. The emails won't transfer through Imap as they are quite heavy, contain some attachments in few megabytes and my internet connection is not that supportive for fast speeds.

Please suggest some helpful solutions.
