Sorry to say Christmas light strings don't really have replacement parts (other than the lamps). The only thing I can think of is doing some searching on the web to find someone selling the same string and buying it if you really like the lamp covers. That is if you can still find the same string still being made.
If you are looking for the lamps them selves a good hardware store should carry them. The newer LED strings I have don't have replaceable lamps so you may encounter issues with them.
