4 lines on bottom of LCD. top 3rd of screen visable
Top 3rd of screen visable. Line across screen then top 3rd of screen then the top 3rd of screen is repeated. I phoned the tecie man and he said take the battery out and put it back in, nope dosen't work. He said hit F5 while turning it on. Doesn't do any thing
Help anyone?

post an image of your screen with your question. right now it sounds like a bad LCD. Have you tried an external monitor yet?
