Try hooking up an external keyboard and see if the W key works on it to eliminate any software issues.
when connected to an external key board, the "W" key board no problem ...... but after external detachable keypad button issue "W" appear again, in an application I've tried to reinstall the hardware driver, still the "W" can not be used
