Flashing red light after trying to start up

Hi all,

when I try to start up my ps3 I see the red light flashing (blinking) and there are 3 beeps. After that there is no response and turn off immediatly? What should I do? Can I fix it myself?

This is a common problem with ps3, can you do a video like you did for the YLOD issue?

I heard that my problem could be the HDD, could it be? Or is only internet garbage?
