I was changing my hard disk to a SSD in my macbook pro and then I accidentally snapped the cooling fan wire that connects to the logic board. I tried soldering it but it didn't help either. Now I am stuck and don't know what to do next. I don't want to replace the logic board. Is there any I can get it repaired?

Seek professional help. A computer/electronics repair shop might be able to repair the damage you've done. As you found out soldering computer components is not a good DIY project.
