Car screams when starting and when A/C is on.
When I turn on the car I get a very loud scream and also if the A/C is going it will continue. I already replaced both belts and the problem still exists. Any ideas?

bad bearings in ac unit,waterpump,or alt,belt tension assembly. use a stetiscopeand you should find your deffecttive part.

I agree with all the above, if the sound is loud you should be able to carefully look at the alternator, power steering pump etc and see if they are turning properly or if the sound is louder from one component than the others.

Tazz Borden, there are multiple things that could cause that. A bad water pump bearing, alternator bearing, belt tensioner or power steering pump could all be the cause for that.

I agree to oldturkey03 - if the belt has exchanged already (and made sure to be fit with the correct tension) then it must be a bad bearing; I would have a look to the wheels driving the belt(s) at first.
