Hello,
i also dropped my nexus 4, it was a little drop but the screen has one scratch (not a big one) but the touch working in some places in the screen and not working in other places.
can anyone advise me which part should i change?

Hello!
The part that needs replacing is the display assembly.
You should be able to find one fairly cheaply but remember that you usually get what you pay for, so don't go for the lowest priced one, go for one in between. The ifixit shop does not stock the required part so try eBay :)
If you're not confident replacing it yourself then take it to a mobile phone repair shop if you are then proceed and reply with the results!
ifixit does not currently have a guide to do the repair, there may be one else where but I just thought I'd give you the heads up :)
