My sister has lost my usb to my wireless mouse model FHA-3510 an I'm tryn to find out if it can be replaced cuz my mouse matches my computer an don't really want to get an new mouse

Have you tried HP parts dept. While a long shot I've been surprised!
Even if they don't have a spare unit you could ask them if other current models use the same USB transceiver unit (they should also be able to tell you all of the models that used it). Then you'll need to find a new (or used) mouse on eBay to get the USB transceiver unit.
