2 iPhone 4 cdma verizon uprgaded the software

i have an iphone 4 cdma verizon and bought it to india and unlocked it unoffcially on reliance and i am using it from a year, recently i have uprgaded the software update from my iphone and it was done from 5 to ios 6.1.2, all everything is working properly but the problem is that i dont find cydia in mobile, i can make calls, use internet, wifi games and all everything good but the only problem is cydia is not installed, how to install it...if i jailbreak again then my phone may gets locked again to verizon network or i can jailbreak it or not.. how to get cydia..please help me sir...
