hello.
I was trying to replace a screen on the iphone 4s, but i got a problem acording to video recording.
It is possible to record memo, but not to record video or use the speaker phone.
Will it be possible to jailbreak the phone, and change the mic options, so that it uses the bottom mic to record audio during speakerphone or video?

No you just have to change the upper mic for the Call in loudspeaker mode and for video recording .. you have replace the headphone jack :

I don't think it's possible to change Mics I think you might have a problem with your ic chip. Go on YouTube there are videos on how to fix this and just involves taking the rear cover off and using a price of card good luck

Hi, i have changed the jack 2 times, and the iphone stills recording noise on videos (audio), i have tried the piece of plastic trick, but doesnt work at all. It is my mother's iPhone and she only wants to record videos with audio, know you any app that uses the other mic to record video? Tnx.

Only if your phone is jailbroken. In cydia is a tweak called microuting wich allows you to change the mic for Videos.
Works really nice.
