pcb and all connection working but power not on

I have a jbl 4 channel mosfet car amplifier it has no power output when i try to switch on the amplifier their is red light blinks one time and suddenly off there are two light green and red green not blink but red blinks only one time I have check everything by multi-memter that possible pcb ic's and all connection are okay but the amplifier not power on I don't know what can i do for fix it ....??
