The strap holder is loose
The strap holder where the ring goes is loose, how can I tighten it?

Depending on the side you may only need to take the top cover off.
To do that remove the Philips screws around the lens flange (4) to remove the front cover. Then locate the two screws under it holding the top cover and then take the screws around the edge of the cover off (6 total). Then carefully lift the cover off {there could be a wire still attached}.
Use a small dab of nail polish on the lug screw threads to prevent it from loosing up again.
