R1 button doesn't press

my ps3 controller had the random button pressing problem , then before i fixed it the R1 button didn't press , and when i opened the controller i found out that there wasn't anything broken in the R1 but after i closed it and then tried to play the button was also not working , do i have to change the button or what ?
