How to replace the Orange San Diego's screen?

Hi there,

A friend of mine dropped her Orange San Diego phone and wants me to replace the LCD. She found a bargain phone for parts where the LCD is fine, so I'd like to swap that over.

However, from the looks of it this phone is pretty difficult to open up, she lives abroad so I'd want to be pretty sure I can work this out before new phones are bought and packages sent.

Does anyone have experience with repairing San Diego phones or similair and can tell me how hard it is to replace the LCD?
