iPad shows charging but does not get charge

I have replaced the battery´s iPad because it did not turn on. Now with the new battery, the iPad turn on, the icon iPad shows charging but does not get charge.

Any help please.

I have restored/Updated de iOS and it worked fine for a while, suddenly the charge drop to 29% and the icon shows fully charged when it is not. If I let the ipad connected the charge stuck on 29% showing fully charged. When I disconnect it, the charge starts to drop.

Could it be a faulty bat
