Is this LCD compatible with MacBook Pro 13" Mid 2012 model?

I tried doing some research online but could not find any specific information on LCD compatibility across all MBP 13" computers... Thought maybe you guys could help...

First - If your screen not working with no physical damage you should get it serviced by Apple as you may have an extended warranty on it. If you dropped your system then your options are limited, I would ask this supplier for more details before forking over your cash.

Whenever you need to find out about compatibility it is of upmost important to post the number from the panel itself. Even within the same make and model, Apple and other manufacturers, still may use different panels or different version. This could be as simple as a different connector, which will leave you stuck. So if you have at least one panel number, we could see if it might be possible. The first thing to do would, be to do as Dan suggest.

Okay so here is the first piece of information. The panel that you want to purchase is a B133EW04 manufactured by AU Optronics.

So are you saying I would have to take off the glass and find the number on the actual LCD? Or would this LCD work?

patrickswalls,that is correct. It will also help if you can give use the last three digits of your serial number. that way we could properly identify your computer and can possibly narrow it down a bit. Right now your choices are Samsung/AUO/LG but we do not know which connectors you have on your computer etc. The easiest of course is to identify it by the number on the panel itself. The LCD's you pick could all fit, but unless you know which one you have, it's a guess.

Yep! You'll need to open your system to find out what LCD panel you have to match it up. Again, this should be your last option not your first if your system is not physically damaged.
