Why won't my phone's battery charge?

I have à battery replaced, of wont charge. Tried 4 batery's. Even one from an iPhone that is working correctly....

Old battery charges the phone, but battery drains really fast. Phone shuts down at 80%.

Also one battery i Tried made the phone rebooting all the time
