My MacBook white 13" penryn wont charge or boot from battery?
I have a made a video which shows my problem.

You have a logic board issue with the power/battery circuit. You've found a workaround. It would appear that a complete logic board replacement is the only other solution.

Check to see if the port is damaged. If not, you may have to replace the internal battery which Apple can do for about $129, if it's not in your warranty. Replacing the whole computer may be an option because the battery is an expensive component.

which battery? the actual battery powering the computer or the battery for the bios? by the way the battery powering the computer is new and works on another macbook absolutely fine.
AFAIK these units do not have a cmos or backup battery, the main battery provides that function.
really? oh my bad sorry :P (i work with pc's quite a bit). So what would you suggest i do?
The charger may have a burn or it may have stopped working or something. Or the computer has a burn. It also might be based on the plug. But I bet you tried it on different plugs.

the problem is that the macbook will NOT boot from JUST the battery, it has to have a charger plugged in (AC powersupply). Also the sleep function does not work (display stays on when lid closed). i think the problem is either logicboard or the devil.
