tea spill - took it apart - now doesn't work

Hi everyone

Last week I spilled tea on my laptop. So I turned it off, took it all apart, cleaned it, and let every part dry for a week (using paper towel). Now I put it all back together, and when I opened the screen (without pressing the "on" button), it turned itself on. It looked ok, but then I realised than the keyboard wasn't working at all. So I just thought I would first turn it off and on again, but now it won't even turn on anymore. What is my next step?
