Can I change the USB connector on my motherboard?

The plug-in on my DS AC adapter is damaged but it is also damaged the one on the side on the DS motherboard,

can I buy a USB conector and replace it from my motherboard or I will have to replace the whole motherboard?,

Do I have any other option to charge my DS battery?

manuelhfloresh , follow this guide to remove your board and check if the EM filter is at fault. If you are sure that it is your port, you can unsolder it from the board and replace it with one of these. Hope this helps, good luck.
