If you mean it wont work because it does not respond to touch, it is most likely the digitizer. Depending on if you still have your 1 year warranty through apple active depends on how you should proceed.

If you do still have it active, bring it to apple, and they should replace it for free (if there is no sign of damage).

If you do not have your 1 year warranty active still, you should check ribbon 2 to make sure it is fully connected. If ribbons 1, 2, and 3 are all connected properly and it still does not work you will need to purchase a new digitizer.
