@itsmeapple - I do wonder if the battery is good, if you look through the snaps the batteries temp does look a bit high during charging and SMC will lower the power as well as shut down the charging until the battery cools down.

I would inspect the MagSafe port making sure the contacts are clean as well as the hollow as junk can mess up the connection. The middle pin is the one-wire comm connection which maybe failing to connect. You might want to replace the [product|IF117-024] sometimes the insulator warps so the connection is not firm. If the MagSafe plug seams a bit warm when the MagSafe LED goes out that’s a good clue.
