The first step would be to do a [link|https://www.avast.com/c-reset-mac-pram-smc|SMC & PRAM Reset] and see if that made any difference.

Then install [link|https://www.coconut-flavour.com/coconutbattery/#plus|coconutBattery] and post the reports on here for us to see.

It might be a good idea to test with both v3.918 & v4.01 depending on what OS your running on the unit.
