My Dx7590 dropped on the ground and does not AF focus anymore.

I dropped my Dx7590  on the ground and  AF focus does not work anymore. Whenever I pressed the focus key half way, the AF light is red and all image is blurred. Is it possible to fix it by myself and how? Thank you so much.
