Replace the metal bracket (hook) with something else?

-	I have taken off the space bar of my Magic Keyboard, but broke one of the little metal brackets during the process. Now the space bar just sits on the bottom without being able to bounce back. Is it possible to fix this? Maybe replace the bracket (hook) with something else?
