Why is my kerig not brewing

Hi, my kerig just stopped working, the original screen says lift lid to brew, I do my normal routine, pod in, close lid then I select brew and it immediately goes back to the original lift lid to brew screen. It doesn't even make noise like it's trying to brew. I've tried a few troubleshooting tips but I can't get it to work 😔
