“Install Windows” Restart Loop

I was attempting to wipe my Y50-70 laptop when it failed mid-wipe and now it’s displaying “Windows installation cannot proceed. To install windows, click “OK” to restart the computer, and then restart the installation.” When I press this, it goes through the Lenovo loading screen and then the message pops back up again. I’ve tried changing it to a legacy reboot, but that didn’t work. Is there any way to factory reset or reboot it by force?
