hi this is happening on my hp laptop windows 7. it seems to happen randomly...  but if i hit ctrl alt delete and unplug everything it goes away pretty fast.. im not a computer tech but maybe it has something to do with not getting enough power and the video card screws up? i mainly triggers when i plug in a second monitor. hope this helps ill keep an eye out for the answer.
