if its not holding a charge it 9/10 the battery that's the issue but the Fitbit sense is a fairly new device so if its under warranty I would see what they say about it

there is a chance that It just needs a update as iv seen a lot of people having this issue when I had a look for a guide
I have had a look for battery replacement guides and there aren't any ,probably due to how new it is
