No response to power button. Led diagnostic.

Hi all,

I have a 2019 4k 21.5" iMac with an i3 processor.

It has no power response to the power button and 1 LED on the LB when plugged in. When I press the power button LEDs 1, 2 & 4 light up for a split second with no other response.

My guess is PSU, but before I splash out on a new one I just want to make sure it's not something else.
