I have an HP officejet Pro 9015 and cartridge is stuck on the right side. I don’t see a paper jam.  I called HP and spoke to someone, she tried different things and couldn’t make it work. My warranty has expired.  Since she couldnt’ fix it, she told me she would help me buy a new one.  I just bought this printer about 2 years ago.  I dont’know what else to try, if ic na’t make it work i’m going to have to buy another printer.
